CHAMPIONSHIP POINTS
Drivers will be awarded points for qualifying, both heats and the main. The driver with the highest point total for the day will be awarded first place. This format provides drivers with improved opportunities to earn championship points in every race, not just the main. It also lessens the impact of one poor finishing position in a heat. A driver’s 8 highest point totals will count toward the championship (thus 1 drop). Only members will accumulate points toward the season’s Driver Points Championship. Points will be awarded in the following format, with the total number of entries added to the point award for all finishing positions in both heats and the main (i.e: assuming 15 entries, then 1st place in Heat 1 earns 45 points (30+15).Position Qualify Heat 1 Heat 2 Main

GRID FORMAT
Heat 1: the field will grid with the fastest driver from the qualifying session on pole.
Heat 2: the field will grid in finishing order from Heat 1, with the top half of the field inverted.
Main: the field will grid by total accumulated points thus far.
TROPHIES & PRIZES
The top three point earners for the day will be awarded "Trophy Stickers" in lieu of traditional trophies. The stickers, similar to Champ Car's Pole Winner stickers, are designed to be placed on the kart to display the driver's accomplishments.
Year end trophies or plaques and prizes will be awarded to the top finisher in each class.
